These terms are an agreement between you and Serenade, an independently operated service at serenadecards.com, for using the Serenade app and website. By using Serenade you agree to them.
Serenade writes original song lyrics with AI from what you tell it, records a song, and puts it inside a card you can share by link. You can preview the card and read and edit the full lyrics for free before you pay.
You sign in with email, Google or Apple. Keep your account secure; you are responsible for what is done with it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
The Club renews automatically at the end of each period for the same price until you cancel. In the iOS app the payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On the web, contact us at 702-827-7927 to cancel (deleting your account also cancels a web subscription). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the Club until the end of the period you paid for.
See our Refund policy.
You keep the rights to what you write and upload. You give us permission to use it to make, store and show your songs and cards. Only upload photos and write about people in ways you have the right to, and don’t include anything you wouldn’t want the recipient, or anyone they share the link with, to see.
Songs and lyrics are generated by AI and may not be perfect; that’s what rerolls and the free lyric preview are for. You may use your song for personal, non-commercial purposes such as sharing it with the person it’s for and on social media. Commercial-use rights are not included.
Don’t use Serenade to harass, threaten or demean anyone, to make sexual content involving minors, to impersonate real artists or copy their songs, or to break the law. Anyone who opens a card can report it; we may remove cards and close accounts that break these rules.
We work to keep Serenade running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we’ll update these terms (and the date above) when we do; continuing to use Serenade means you accept the updated terms.
To the extent the law allows, Serenade is provided “as is”, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
Serenade is operated from Nevada, United States. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
If you use the iOS app, these terms are between you and Serenade, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
